Payments & Shipping 

The amount of tax and shipping added to your order depends on the product and ship method you choose. Once you're done shopping and have finished adding items to your cart, you will have an opportunity to select the shipping method at the checkout screen.  
 
Applicable sales tax is additional and based on the ship-to-address. We do not accept tax exempt certificates on our website. Slightly higher rates may apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. 
  

Order Confirmation/Delivery Time 

At Dell Financial Services (DFS), we know you want to receive your order as soon as possible, and we make every effort to speed things along. The date you receive your order will depend on order approval and the shipping method you have chosen. However, heavy volume, inclement weather, or factory delays may affect your delivery date.  
 
Estimated delivery time based on method selected:  
 
• Standard Shipping 5-7 Days  
• Express Shipping 2-4 Days  
• Expedited 1-2 Days  
 
Estimated Delivery Times: Time it takes to get to the ship destination once the package Is placed with the carrier and based on the shipping method selected. 
Pending Order Approval: Time it takes for the order to clear the order and payment verification process. 

  

Order Shipping Information 

• DFS is unable to make any address changes, cancels, or updates after your order is placed. 

• All orders must be signed for; no order holds or redirects allowed by either DFS or the carrier.

• Once we receive your order, it will typically take 2-3 days to process thru to shipment. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is accurate and matches your credit card to avoid delays in releasing your order. From time to time we may need to contact you for additional information if discrepancies are identified.

Important Delivery Information

Important Restocking Fee Information: Unless the product is defective (as reasonably determined by DFS) or the return is a direct result of a DFS error, DFS will charge a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price paid.  
  

Order Payment Options 

DFS ONLY accepts credit cards with a US billing address. 
DFS accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.  

At this time, we are unable to accept Dell Business Credit (DBC), or Dell Preferred Account (DPA).  
 

Order Shipping and Handling Options 

• DFS only ships to addresses in the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia. DFS does NOT ship to PO Boxes, Freight Fowarders, APO/FPO, Hotels, or Internationally. This unit is for use in the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and District of Columbia only.  

• Business & Education products on this site are classified as Class A equipment by the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) and must ship to a business/commercial address. Residential use is prohibited.  

• Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.   

• Time estimates are based on business days only (Monday-Friday), excluding State and Federal holidays.
